Unfit. Unwell. Unhinged. Remove Him.
The Constitution gives Congress two tools to remove a president.
Β Article II, Section 4 β Impeachment. Treason, bribery, high crimes and misdemeanors.Β
25th Amendment, Section 4 β Removal. Unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.
This isn't coming from the left. His own White House Counsel called him "clearly insane." His most loyal Congresswoman posted "25TH AMENDMENT!!!" His loudest media defenders are calling him a "genocidal lunatic."
Send this postcard to Congress. Demand they act. The Constitution says they can. The people say they should.
The Constitution was written for exactly this moment. It gives Congress the authority to remove a president who is unfit, who has broken the law, who is a danger to the country he swore to protect.
They just need to hear from you.
A postcard is a physical thing. It lands on a desk. It piles up. It can't be deleted, filtered, or ignored. Congressional staff say personalized mail can influence lawmakers, if the volume is high enough.
One postcard is a statement. Millions of postcards are a movement.
Send yours today. Not tomorrow. Today. Because he's not waiting-Β and neither should we.
The Record: Since Day 1
These aren't opinions. These aren't accusations from political opponents. These are documented court rulings, legal findings, and violations of federal law.
Ruled Unconstitutional by Federal Courts
β’ Ended birthright citizenship by executive order β blocked by 4 federal judges as a violation of the 14th Amendment. A Reagan-appointed judge called it "blatantly unconstitutional."
β’ Targeted law firms for representing his opponents β 3 separate federal judges issued permanent injunctions, ruling the orders violated the First Amendment.
β’ Election executive order β permanently blocked. Judge ruled it exceeded presidential authority and conflicted with federal law.
β’ Transgender passport policy β blocked as unconstitutional. Case ongoing.
β’ NEA grant review process β ruled a "viewpoint-based restriction on private speech" in violation of the First Amendment.
Ruled Illegal by the Supreme Court
β’ Sweeping tariffs under emergency powers β Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that Trump violated federal law. Over 2,000 lawsuits filed. Courts ordered refunds with interest.
Defied Court Orders
β’ Defied a unanimous Supreme Court ruling to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a man illegally deported. The judge found "willful and bad faith refusal" to comply. The AG publicly said "He is not coming back."
β’ Found in probable cause of contempt for "willful disregard" of a court order to halt deportation flights. The planes took off anyway.
β’ Violated a judge's "clear and unambiguous" order to unfreeze federal grants. Kept funds frozen. The GAO confirmed the action was unlawful.
β’ Defied judges in roughly 1 out of every 3 cases β described by legal experts as unprecedented for any presidential administration.
β’ A senior DOJ official told colleagues to ignore court orders. Whistleblower complaint revealed he said "the planes needed to take off no matter what."
Violated Federal Law
β’ Fired 12+ inspectors general in one night without the legally required 30-day notice to Congress β violating the Inspector General Reform Act of 2022.
β’ 225+ judges ruled his mandatory detention policy likely violates the law and the right to due process β across 700+ cases.
β’ 100+ lawsuits and 50+ restraining orders on student visa revocations before the government reversed its decision.
β’ DOGE accessed sensitive data and impounded congressionally appropriated funds β ruled illegal. Congress controls the purse. The executive branch cannot unilaterally withhold funds.
β’ Mass federal employee terminations β courts found many violated civil service law and ordered reinstatements.
War Without Congressional Authorization
β’ Started a war with Iran without a declaration of war or congressional authorization.
β’ Invaded Venezuela without congressional approval. Captured a head of state. Bombed the capital. Seized oil assets.
β’ Ordered military strikes on civilian vessels in the Caribbean β 159 people killed, 46 boats destroyed, without identifying who was on the boats.
β’ Defense Secretary declared "no quarter, no mercy" β which is itself illegal under international law.
β’ Threatened to destroy all of Iran's civilian infrastructure. The UN warned this is banned under international law. Amnesty International said it could amount to war crimes.
β’ Said he is "not at all" concerned about committing war crimes.
358+ lawsuits. 225+ judges ruling against him. A unanimous Supreme Court defied.
In The Words of His Closest Allies
These aren't Democrats. These aren't the media. These are the people who put him in power.
Marjorie Taylor Greene β his most loyal Congresswoman: "25TH AMENDMENT!!! We cannot kill an entire civilization. This is evil and madness."
Candace Owens β conservative commentator who defended him through both terms: "He is a genocidal lunatic. Our Congress and military need to intervene."
Alex Jones β one of his earliest, loudest supporters: "How do we 25th Amendment his ass? This is NOT WHAT WE VOTED FOR!!!"
Tucker Carlson β former Fox News host, longtime ally: Called his threat a "war crime, a moral crime." Told officials to tell the president "no."
Anthony Scaramucci β his own White House Communications Director: "Wake up: he is calling for A NUCLEAR STRIKE. Seek his removal immediately."
Ty Cobb β his own White House Counsel: "The Cabinet will not invoke the 25th Amendment for a man who is clearly insane."
Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) β loyal Trump ally, still serving: "He loses me if he attacks civilian targets."
These are not his enemies. These are the people who built this. And even they are saying: enough.
The Constitution provides two tools:
Article II, Section 4 β Impeachment The House votes to impeach. The Senate conducts a trial. Two-thirds vote to convict and remove. For treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
25th Amendment, Section 4 β Removal The Vice President and a majority of the Cabinet declare the president unable to discharge his duties. If the president contests, Congress decides with a two-thirds vote.
Neither will happen unless Congress hears from you.
Send this postcard. Make them act. Make them choose.
Don't Wait for Someone Else.
You've read the list. You've seen the numbers. You've heard his own allies say it.
The Constitution has the tools. Congress has the power. They just need the pressure.
That pressure is you. Right now. Today.
